Within Australia: We make use of Australia Post, DHL, Allied Express, Direct Freight, Toll, TNT and Fastway. ‘Special Freight Consideration’ means that the item is heavy and/or fragile and needs a furniture removalist to deliver the item. All orders exceeding $2500 shipped to metropolitan Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney will enjoy FREE delivery. Returns, Refunds or Exchange We have a 14-day return policy. This gives you peace of mind to return your item, however, the item needs to be in it’s original packaging, undamaged, unstained and unused. If you do not have the original packaging then we would have to evaluate the items once in the warehouse and determine if the product is resell-able. We will supply you with the best quote to return the product to our warehouse. The shipping costs will be your responsibility as this is done by a third-party courier. For hygienic reasons there will be no refunds on earrings, hats, mattresses. Once we receive the item in resell-able condition, we will refund your money, less the initial shipping cost and any other costs we are entitled to according to our policy. Please contact us for a refund application. Damaged or incorrect items Please check your item upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours should the item be damaged or faulty. Where possible, keep the original packaging. Please contact us via the contact page for all returns. Should the item be damaged upon arrival, we won’t charge you any return charges. You can apply for a replacement or a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the item does not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods purchased on the Site please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After approval, we can offer you various options: a. a full refund of the goods purchased; or b. a store credit which is valid for up to 24 months; or c. an exchange of the goods for another product, on the condition that the goods are returned within 10 business days from the date the goods were dispatched to you and the items are in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached.
